As a queer cis woman who is often dressed in a rather masculine way, I can of course only give limited information about how well the practice deals with someone who is not cis. However, the fact that I am not straight was never a big issue, but was always met with a refreshing matter-of-factness when it was relevant. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize, especially on the topic of contraception, that the counseling was very good. Every question was answered, I was taken very seriously and, above all, very transparent information was provided about contraceptive methods other than the pill. In general, the practice informs you very transparently about what is covered by health insurance and why, but also what other options are available and when they may or may not be useful. Especially as a student with a small budget, this was very helpful".
