"Mrs. Sandknoop is (...) very sensitive to the issue. Mr. Pinke, who owns the practice, is not so sensitive, but tries hard. People with a trans* background end up on Ms. Sandknoop's waiting list, because they because already knows. Documents are not necessarily formulated in a gender-neutral way, but great attention is paid to pronouns. Overall, very friendly, respectful and familiar interaction." |
