"I've been there for many years and I'm delighted with everything. The office staff is respectful, very polite, they also get in touch if the appointment can be postponed. The self-chosen pronouns are used, as is the name. The examination/ Anamnesis forms are written with the legal name, with an additional line with the chosen name"
