"I’ve never been addressed incorrectly, even though my name hasn’t been officially changed yet[.] Dr Heer is also responsive to individual requests and lets you adjust the dose as you wish; he’s never questioned me negatively, even though I wanted a low dose for a long time. All the appointments were brief and pleasant. A trans-feminine friend of mine has also had a good experience with the doctor"
