Comments
"You can talk to everyone there without any problems if you want to be addressed differently and this is also respected. They are already used to this being the case with many patients. Important: If you are a wheelchair user, you can call the practice when you arrive, then the 2nd lift will be sent down (you can only control it from the practice and not from below), it is wider than the 1st lift and you can easily fit in with a wheelchair plus accompanying person. For inter* people: I feel much more comfortable there than I did with my endocrinologist before. Dr Engbert doesn't follow a cookie-cutter approach but listens to what you have to say, how you feel about the current treatment and also accepts if you want to reduce/cancel the current treatment. For inter* and trans* people, a letter of indication or proof from the therapist (or similar) that (further) hormone treatment is necessary is required."
